There are two types of ITS Contacts -- the CSS (Client Support Services) Contact and the UAD (University Applications Development) Contact. Individuals may be the contact for CSS, UAD or both.

The CSS contact handles all requests for Windows Network Access, departmental and employee folders in the Windows environment as well as the UNIX environment, and Outlook/Exchange accounts.

The UAD contact handles access to IAS (Integrated Administrative System), Brio, All Funds, DARSWeb, IFR Billing, and AIS (Advancement).
